Bulletstorm Epic Edition online pass error help?

Today I received the Epic Edition of Bulletstorm on Xbox 360. When I entered the code, I noticed two of the letters are in lowercase. There is no way to enter lowercase on the unlock screen, as the caps are locked. Obviously it's an error. What should I do?Bulletstorm Epic Edition online pass error help?
