DO NOT BUY A CODE OFF OF SOMEONE. In Order to Play The "early beta" you have to get the bulletstorm epic and play it on the CD.

That is CURRENTLY the only way to play the GoW:3 beta. But you might be able to buy the code off somebody who doesn't have Xbox Live.
